DAMIEN LEACH
Damien trained as a chef in Brisbane Australia. He joined Wood Street in December 2007 and has been our head chef since September 2008. He brings with him a passion for Asian fusion cooking and enjoys the challenge of creating diverse and exciting menus. Where possible he uses locally sourced organically grown and free range produce. One customer when eating one of his desserts was overheard saying “…to die for..” yes they are that good!

Olivia is hands on in ensuring Wood Street is run smoothly. If you want to arrange a party or have specific needs she is happy put together a package for you. Her customer care skills are second to none one customer says "...If anyone has a problem, then ask to speak to Olivia and I guarantee she'll sort it out...
